Job Description

Conductor/Líder de Cuadrilla - Mantenimiento de Jardines $1,300+ SEMANALES ¡Únete a SAVARD Personnel Group, donde tus habilidades son valoradas!
Requisitos clave:
Debe tener experiencia en mantenimiento de jardines y en conducción para una empresa comercial. Debe sentirse cómodo conduciendo una camioneta tipo pick-up con un remolque adjunto y ser capaz de retroceder usando solo los espejos para transportar trabajadores y materiales a diferentes ubicaciones de trabajo. Debe ser capaz de liderar una cuadrilla para realizar tareas de mantenimiento de jardines. Realizar servicios de cuidado del césped, incluyendo cortar, perfilar bordes, recortar, soplar y mantenimiento general del paisaje. Seguir rutas y horarios asignados de manera eficiente. Comunicarse de manera efectiva con los miembros del equipo y supervisores. ¡Oportunidad abierta para candidatos dispuestos a viajar!
Turnos:

Key Requirements:
Must have experience in lawn maintenance and driving for a commercial company. Must be okay with driving a pick-up truck with a trailer attached and be able to back up using only your mirrors to transport workers and material to different job site locations. Must be able to lead a crew to perform lawn maintenance tasks Perform lawn care services, including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general landscape maintenance Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Open opportunity for traveling candidates!
Shifts:
Monday - Friday, some Saturdays may be required based on production needs 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Overtime Opportunity!
