Responsibilities Drive between properties performing routine grounds maintenance. Remove trash, litter, and debris from common areas. Pick up and dispose of bulk items such as mattresses, furniture, dressers, and cabinets. Mow lawns, trim bushes, weed whack, and maintain landscaping during the spring, summer, and fall. Shovel snow, operate snowblowers, and apply ice melt during winter weather events. Report property damage, safety hazards, and maintenance issues. Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to lift and move heavy items. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently. High pay if able to drive trailer Schedule Full-time. Must be available for snow removal during winter storms.
