Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscaper and unleash your passion for outdoor beauty and functional design! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing outdoor spaces that inspire and delight. From planting vibrant gardens to installing hardscape features, your expertise will transform landscapes into stunning environments. This paid position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of tools and machinery, develop your skills in horticulture and landscape maintenance, and contribute to beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces every day. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine. Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators for planting, grading, and installing landscape features. Conduct lawn care activities like fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to promote healthy turf growth. Install hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures using appropriate tools and techniques. Provide tree care services including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal. Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and installing components to ensure proper watering schedules. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping machinery and hand tools. Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening is highly preferred. Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care best practices. Ability to operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, excavators, and power tools safely and efficiently. Strong understanding of landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and tree trimming. Familiarity with irrigation systems maintenance and snow plowing operations is a plus. Pay:
