Full Job Description Benefits:
Paid time off Landscaping Pros - $18.75 to $20/hr Newington, CT | Galecki Landscaping Tired of junk equipment and missed paychecks? Work for a professional crew that respects your time and your trade.
The Deal:
Pay:
$20.00/hr (Drivers) | $18.75/hr (Laborers) + Yearly Raises.
Gear:
Late-model Scags/Exmarks. Mechanic on staff for quick repairs.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 40+ hours. Weekends are for your family.
Winter:
Mandatory \"On-Call\" snow work (Trucks, Loaders, or Sidewalk Crews).
Requirements:
18+ Months professional landscape experience (required). Proven skills with zero-turns, power tools, mulching, and pruning.
Attendance:
90-day \"No-Show\" probation. If you miss a day in your first 3 months, you no longer have a job.
Culture:
We are a team of adults. If you can't make it through a workday without a substance, don't apply. We maintain a drug-free culture and strictly enforce post-accident testing. Driver's license is preferred but not required for laborers.
