Job Summary We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Landscaping Help. In this role, you will assist with a variety of outdoor maintenance and landscaping projects, contributing to the creation and upkeep of beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. Duties Assist with lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy, attractive lawns Support landscape maintenance activities including planting, pruning, and tree trimming to enhance aesthetic appeal Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping projects Help with installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls under supervision Maintain irrigation systems and perform routine repairs to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns Participate in snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe Support general site cleanup, debris removal, and ongoing maintenance tasks to ensure a tidy work environment Skills Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping equipment Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance techniques Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators for construction support Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques Understanding of horticulture principles for plant health and landscape design Ability to follow safety protocols when working with equipment like snow plows or irrigation systems Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in landscaping and outdoor maintenance Join us to help create stunning outdoor environments!
