Landscape Laborer

Landscape Laborers Wanted We are looking for dependable, hardworking landscape laborers to join our growing team. Previous landscaping experience is preferred. Experience using landscaping tools and equipment is required, and experience driving a mini dump truck is a major plus. Most importantly, we are looking for team members with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company. Our company is physically located in downtown Washington, DC, and employee parking is available. Requirements Valid driver's license required Personal vehicle preferred Landscaping experience preferred Experience using landscaping tools and equipment Mini dump truck experience is a plus Reliable and hardworking Team-oriented attitude Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to learn and grow with the company Job Duties Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general lawn care Mulching and landscape bed preparation Flower, shrub, and tree installation Planting, pruning, and general landscape maintenance Irrigation installation and maintenance Assisting with patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape projects Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely General site cleanup and maintenance Assisting with all aspects of landscape construction projects Skills & Qualifications Experience in landscaping, lawn care, gardening, or horticulture preferred Ability to safely operate hand tools and power equipment Knowledge of tree and plant care is a plus Understanding of irrigation systems is helpful Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding outdoor work Strong attention to quality and safety Good communication and teamwork skills If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a strong team, we'd love to hear from you.
