Landscape Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios and walkways Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, trimming, and aerating to ensure vibrant, healthy turf Operate hand tools and power equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely and efficiently Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes Perform landscape maintenance tasks including pruning trees, shrubbery care, mulching, and pest control Use excavation equipment like mini-excavators for site preparation or drainage work when needed Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible Assist with general construction tasks related to landscape projects, including hardscape installation and site cleanup Requirements Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators safely Knowledge of horticulture practices including tree care, pruning, trimming, and plant health management Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions Basic understanding of irrigation systems and snow plowing operations is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Valid driver's license preferred; certification in landscaping or related fields is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts help shape beautiful outdoor environments!
