Responsibilities:

Perform routine trash collection and disposal from designated areas. Maintain and enhance the appearance of grounds through landscaping and upkeep. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all tasks. Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to management promptly. Utilize equipment and tools safely and effectively for grounds maintenance. Assist in special projects, including seasonal clean-ups and events. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and the public.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related field. Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment operation.
