Job Description
Groundskeeper Hoopers Landing GC Seaford, DE Hoopers Landing partnered with Adkins Management company is excited to hire a groundskeeper to assist in the maintenance of our golf course. We are looking to find someone reliable and willing to learn the industry of golf course maintenance. Under direction and supervision of the Superintendent, this role will supervise crew, practice wise water usage, irrigation system maintenance, monitor for turfgrass disease, and other basic golf course maintenance responsibilities. Through good work ethic and drive for optimal course condition the position can lead to advancement in company. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and reliable and together we hope to continue to improve the quality of playing conditions. Ideal applicants will have the following preferred qualifications:
- Golf course maintenance experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience running course equipment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak season
- Strong desire to advance career Benefits
