Job Description

OT Management is looking to hire a Grounds Person.
Responsibilities:
Clean Stairwells. Bush and tree trimming. Powerwashing. Keep interiors and exteriors clean. Move materials into apartments. Removes trash and bring to dumpsters. Clean apartments.
THE FOLLOWING IS PREFERRED, NOT NECESSARILY NEEDED
Light electric, light plumbing. Assist other team members. Sweep and vaccum hvac units. Filter Changing. Sheetrock, spackle and paint units.
Requirements:
Must have valid drivers license. Must be a team player.
