In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces that inspire and delight. Your expertise will help transform landscapes through meticulous lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape projects. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and weed control to ensure lush, healthy turf. Maintain landscape features such as planting beds, shrubs, trees, and flower arrangements with precision and care. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and effectively for landscaping projects. Conduct landscape maintenance activities including pruning, tree trimming, irrigation system installation and repair, and snow plowing during winter months. Build and install hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with attention to detail. Support tree care initiatives by planting new trees, trimming existing ones, and ensuring their health through proper horticultural practices. Assist with construction projects related to landscaping or outdoor renovations while adhering to safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping or related construction fields with a strong understanding of horticulture principles. Mechanical knowledge of lawn equipment, irrigation systems, power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators. Familiarity with lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest management. Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including pruning, tree care (trimming), gardening techniques, and snow plowing. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely while following all safety protocols. Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
