We have a few openings for Landscape drivers in our Boca, FL location. This position also has room for growth into a Crew Lead position that comes with additional benefits. The role requires a valid drivers license, and it also requires drug test, physical and background check. Landscape experience and bilingual is preferred. Qualified candidates should know mowing and trimming practices. Must also know how to use most common landscape equipment; edger, blower, weed-wacker, hedge trimmer, stand-on mower and riding mower. Responsibilities Safely operate landscaping trucks and vehicles to transport materials, tools, and equipment to various job sites. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, tree trimming, shrub pruning, and garden care to keep properties looking their best. Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators and irrigation systems to perform landscaping and construction projects. Support hardscape installations like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure safety and reliability. Collaborate with team members on tree care, snow plowing during winter months, and general landscape upkeep. Follow safety protocols at all times while handling equipment like lawn care machinery, tree trimmers, and excavators. Experience Prior experience operating landscaping or construction vehicles is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and machinery such as excavators or irrigation systems is a strong plus. Demonstrated skills in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices. Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and removal. Ability to perform snow plowing operations during winter seasons when required. Familiarity with landscaping materials such as hardscape elements and planting supplies.
