Job Description
At CEPRA Landscape, we design, build, and maintain world-class landscapes while cultivating the people behind them. As a privately owned company specializing in commercial landscape maintenance and construction, we proudly serve clients throughout Central and West Coast Florida. Our Enhancement Crewmembers play a vital role in transforming and improving commercial landscapes. Working alongside experienced crew leaders and team members, they perform a variety of landscape installation and enhancement services while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Responsibilities Assist with landscape enhancement and installation projects, including planting, sod installation and mulching and other related tasks Perform physical labor safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality workmanship. Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload landscape materials onsite Follow project plans, directions, and instructions provided by the Crew Leader and management team. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the project. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project needs and site conditions. Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and industry standards. Qualifications Prior experience in landscape installation, construction, or related outdoor work preferred but not required. Ability to safely operate basic landscape tools and equipment. Valid Florida driver's license is a plus, but not required Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to communicate with managers and follow instructions Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to work with diverse background Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions (Mon-Thu, 10-hour shifts) What we
