Maintenance Staff

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated part-time maintenance associate to perform recurring property upkeep across commercial locations in the Tampa area. This is a routine daily/weekly route-style role — ideal for someone detail-oriented who takes pride in keeping properties clean and presentable. This position may also be called on to assist with other one-off tasks. Travel to Tampa will likely be required. Mileage is reimbursed at the maximum allowable rate. Responsibilities 510

Property:

Daily trash collection and disposal Building walk-through to ensure cleanliness; check and replace light bulbs as needed Blow off parking lot and entry areas Clean and maintain entryway mats Walk roof and remove debris

Parsons Property:

Walk roof and remove debris Blow off walkways and drains Check bathrooms for cleanliness and restock supplies as needed

Sun City Property:

•Ensure grounds are clear of trash and debris.•Report messes or damage to management

Robertson Property:

•Ensure grounds are clear of trash and debris. Requirements Reliable transportation (Truck) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops Attention to detail and a consistent work ethic Prior maintenance, janitorial, or facilities experience preferred Physical Requirements This role involves working indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, and requires the ability to lift and carry items, climb ladders, and perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and kneeling. Schedule Part-time / flexible schedule. Frequency of visits to be discussed during the interview process. Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Pay:

$18.00•$22.00 per hour
