  • 23 per hour (based on experience) Job Description Branch Tree Service is looking for a hardworking and reliable Groundsman to join our team.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role with opportunities for growth in the tree care industry. We are hiring both entry-level candidates who are eager to learn, as well as experienced groundsmen with tree service backgrounds. Responsibilities Cut, drag, and stack brush and debris Assist climbers and crew members on job sites Operate chainsaws and other basic tree service equipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Support daily job site setup and cleanup Entry-Level Candidates We are looking for individuals who: Are physically fit and able to handle demanding outdoor work Have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Can take direction and work as part of a team Are interested in building a career in tree service Experienced Groundsman Ideal candidates will have: Prior experience in tree work or a similar field Ability to operate equipment such as skid steers, front loaders, or similar machinery Strong understanding of job site safety and efficiency Experience supporting climbers and managing ground operations Experience maintaining chainsaws or small engines is highly desirable Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor Reliable transportation to work What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience ($18
