Landscaping Technician - Forgotten Coast Landscaping Forgotten Coast Landscaping is a fast-growing lawn care and landscaping company based in Crawfordville, FL. Right now, it's one truck, one operator, and one mission to become the most professional home service company on the Forgotten Coast. We're making our first hire and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us from the ground up. The Role You'll ride with the owner every day, learning how we operate from top to bottom. You'll start on the trimmer and blower. As you prove you're consistent, efficient, and quality-focused, you move to the mower. Over time, you take on more responsibility, prepping the truck in the morning, understanding the routes, eventually running jobs with minimal supervision. The more you nail it, the more we trust you to handle on your own. The goal is for you to eventually lead your own route and help train the next guy. This isn't a job where you clock in, do the minimum, and clock out. it's a ground-floor opportunity with a company that's building something real. Compensation & Hours Starting at $18/hr. Part-time to start, but here's the commitment: as soon as you're on the team, my job is filling that schedule to make sure you have consistent hours. As you grow into a lead technician role, we plan to move toward a performance-based pay structure where the better and more efficient you are, the more you earn.
