Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Landscape Installer to join our team. This role involves installing and maintaining landscaping features such as sod, plants, trees, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor structures. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and passionate about working outdoors. Key Responsibilities Prepare job sites by clearing debris, grading soil, and setting up materials. Install sod, mulch, plants, trees, and other softscape elements. Build and install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and edging. Operate landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., skid steers, trenchers, compactors). Assist with irrigation system installation and troubleshooting. Follow landscape plans and instructions from supervisors. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and clients. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping or construction preferred. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience.
