We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Assist with mowing greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and surrounding turf areas Perform bunker maintenance including raking, edging, and debris removal Operate hand tools and basic maintenance equipment safely and efficiently Assist with irrigation checks, watering, and minor repairs Help with landscape maintenance including trimming, planting, mulching, and weed control Remove debris, leaves, and trash from the golf course and club grounds Set up and break down golf course accessories including tee markers, ropes, and signage Assist with fertilizer and chemical applications under supervision Follow all golf course safety procedures and operational standards Support special projects and tournament preparations as assigned Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times High school student, recent graduate, or individual interested in golf course maintenance Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to learn golf course maintenance practices and equipment operation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation preferred Golf knowledge is helpful but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment Interest in turfgrass management, landscaping, or golf operations Basic mechanical aptitude Positive attitude and strong communication skills Healthcare Benefits
