Job Description:

As a Landscape Laborer, you will perform a variety of tasks to maintain and enhance landscapes in South Florida's unique environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in hot, humid conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing debris.
• Plant, prune, and care for tropical plants, palms, and native species.
• Install mulch, sod, and decorative elements like rocks or pavers.
• Operate landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers) safely and efficiently.
• Assist with irrigation system maintenance and minor repairs.
• Remove weeds, invasive plants, and debris to maintain clean landscapes.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

• Prior landscaping experience preferred but not required; we provide training.
• Ability to work outdoors in South Florida's heat, humidity, and occasional rain.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with tropical plants and South Florida's climate is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work.
• Work is performed outdoors in South Florida's tropical climate (heat, humidity, and sun exposure).
