Role:

The Crew Leader is responsible for leading and working alongside a lawn and landscape maintenance crew to ensure high-quality landscape services are delivered efficiently, safely, and consistently. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both people and property expectations in the field. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew performing routine landscape maintenance services, including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and basic plant care Ensure all properties are serviced according to company standards and schedules Inspect work on-site to maintain quality control and address any deficiencies immediately Communicate daily job plans, route changes, and expectations to crew members Maintain positive communication with clients when needed while on-site Operate trucks, trailers, and equipment safely and responsibly Complete job notes, report issues, and communicate with the office regarding property conditions, damages, or client concerns Ensure all equipment is loaded, secured, and accounted for at the start and end of each day Enforce company policies, safety guidelines, and proper use of

PPE Requirements:

MUST POSSESS

a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for insurance eligibility)

BILINGUAL

- English/Spanish Minimum 2-3 years of experience in landscape maintenance Prior leadership or crew supervision experience preferred Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment (zero-turn mowers, edgers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions year-round Basic knowledge of plant identification and care is a plus
