$18.00/HOUR
PLUS FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE
This position is full-time at 30 hours per week Competitive Wages Paid Weekly! Free Safety/Work Boots within our Maintenance Boots Program! Join the KPG team in this exciting position as Groundskeeper at Swiftwater Luxury Apartments! The Groundskeeper makes sure the grounds are free of trash. Clean and sweep up trash and handle or assist with trash-outs of units.

POSITION SUMMARY
Make sure the grounds are free of trash. Clean and sweep up trash and handle or assist with trash-outs of units.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pick up trash on grounds Clean out hallways Snow Removal Trash-outs of vacated units including but not limited to removal of debris, furniture, and appliances, painting and minor repair work. Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Less than 1 year of experience Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions, simple correspondence and present information one-on-one or in small groups. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s & 100s Ability to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions with common sense understanding. Ability to deal with problems that involve few variables in standardized situations. Beginner computer skills.
