In this role you will help keep a portfolio of residential properties looking their very best — from freshly mowed lawns to neatly shaped trees, healthy garden beds, and thriving indoor and outdoor plants. Position Landscaper / Grounds Crew Member Employment Type Full-Time, Year-Round Pay $25.00 per hour Location Fort Myers, FL 33908 Experience 1-2 years of landscaping experience required About the Role As a Landscaper with our team, you will work on 4 homes in St. Charles to perform regular lawn and garden care. Your work will directly shape the curb appeal and comfort of each home, and you will be trusted to maintain a high standard of quality on every visit. This is a hands-on, active position that is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes satisfaction in tidy, well-kept results. Key Responsibilities Mow, edge, and maintain lawns on residential properties on a regular schedule. Trim, prune, and shape trees, shrubs, and bushes to keep them healthy and well-groomed. Care for both indoor and outdoor plants, including watering, weeding, and routine upkeep. Maintain garden beds and landscaped areas, removing debris and keeping spaces neat and clean. Operate and care for landscaping equipment safely and responsibly. Communicate respectfully with homeowners and represent the company in a professional manner. Complete each job thoroughly and leave every property looking its best. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of hands-on landscaping or grounds maintenance experience. Familiarity with mowers, trimmers, and common lawn care equipment. Knowledge of basic tree, shrub, and plant care practices. A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and perform physical tasks throughout the day. A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are a plus.
