Landscaping Crew Member Position Type:

Crew Leader / Foreman Position Summary The Landscaping Crew Member performs a variety of landscaping and property maintenance tasks as part of a team. This role requires hands-on work in maintaining lawns, installing plants, and keeping job sites clean and professional. Crew Members are expected to follow direction from the Foreman, work efficiently, and contribute to high-quality results on every job. Key Responsibilities Landscaping & Maintenance Work Mow, edge, and trim lawns using commercial equipment Blow debris from sidewalks, driveways, and other surfaces Trim shrubs, hedges, and small trees Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees Spread mulch, soil, rock, and other landscaping materials Assist with garden bed preparation and maintenance Perform seasonal cleanups and debris removal Equipment & Job Site Duties Operate landscaping tools such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from company vehicles Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites Assist with basic equipment care and maintenance Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Team Support Follow direction from the Foreman and work collaboratively with the crew Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic Communicate effectively with team members regarding tasks and progress Help maintain efficiency and productivity throughout the workday Qualifications Valid driver's license required (must be able to reliably get to job sites and operate company vehicles if needed) 1+ year of landscaping experience preferred (but not required) Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Willingness to learn and take direction Physical Requirements Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the day Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and humidity Key Skills Basic landscaping knowledge and equipment use Teamwork and communication Reliability and time management Attention to detail Growth Opportunities Crew Members may advance to Foreman / Crew Leader positions based on performance, leadership ability, and experience.

Full-time Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
