In this energetic role, you'll assist with a variety of landscaping projects, from lawn care and garden maintenance to hardscape installation and tree trimming. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding to keep outdoor spaces pristine. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, trimming, and installation projects. Perform lawn care duties including aeration, fertilization, and irrigation system setup or repairs. Help with tree care activities like trimming, pruning, planting, and removal to promote healthy growth. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols during all tasks. Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment. Previous experience in lawn care is a must 5 years minimum, landscape maintenance. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to safety. Strong interest in horticulture, gardening, tree care, or related fields is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills such as irrigation installation. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
