Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators to install and repair hardscape elements like patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct landscape maintenance activities including planting, mulching, watering, and pest control to keep outdoor spaces thriving. Install and service irrigation systems for efficient watering solutions tailored to each landscape's needs. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways. Support construction projects by preparing sites, laying groundwork, and installing various landscape features with precision. Experience Proven experience in landscaping or related construction fields is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided for motivated learners. Mechanical knowledge of lawn care equipment, irrigation systems, and hand tools is highly desirable. Familiarity with horticulture principles, gardening techniques, and plant care practices is a plus. Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Basic understanding of tree trimming techniques and arboriculture practices. Experience with snow plowing equipment or winter maintenance tasks is advantageous. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
