Gainesville, FL | Payrate; $19/hour PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a •Landscape & Facilities Technician•to help maintain the beautiful grounds and facilities of a leading medical device manufacturer. What You'll Do + Maintain lawns, landscaping, flowers, shrubs, and trees. + Monitor and maintain sprinkler and irrigation systems. + Operate and maintain landscaping equipment. + Conduct routine grounds inspections and patrols. + Coordinate with landscaping vendors as needed. + Support general facility maintenance activities both indoors and outdoors. + Assist the maintenance team with site upkeep and special projects. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent. + Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, facilities maintenance, or a related field. + Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment. + Strong attention to detail and work ethic. + Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications + Experience with commercial property maintenance. + Knowledge of irrigation systems and plant care. + General facilities maintenance experience. Pay Details:

•$19.00 per day Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
