This groundskeeper will handle lawn maintenance, landscaping duties, plant and tree care, and general property inspections to ensure the grounds remain clean, safe, and professional-looking. The ideal candidate will be responsible, detail-oriented, safety-focused, a team-player, and able to work independently to meet maintenance goals.

Permanent, Full Time

Schedule:

8:00 am

• 4:30 pm

Pay Rate:

$21.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assists in the upkeep of the external grounds of the property.
• Maintains plants, flowerbeds, shrubs, trees and lawn.
• Conducts regular inspections of grounds to identify conditions and safety needs.
• May be responsible for coordinating efforts of grounds keeping vendors.
• Supports the maintenance team as needed.

• General knowledge of landscaping and lawn maintenance
• Basic understanding of plant and tree care .
