Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate equipment such as bucket trucks, bucket lifts, and other machinery safely and efficiently for tree trimming and landscape projects Assist with tree care activities including planting, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety Use rigging techniques to safely lift and position heavy objects or equipment during landscaping or construction projects Apply Geographic Information System (GIS) technology for mapping and planning landscape layouts or maintenance routes Conduct lawn care routines such as aerating, fertilizing, and watering to ensure lush turf conditions Support landscape design and installation projects by preparing sites, planting new greenery, and maintaining existing plantings Skills Proven experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related outdoor maintenance roles with growing knowledge of plant care and landscape design Skilled in tree trimming, pruning techniques, and general tree care practices Familiarity with rigging procedures for safe lifting operations using appropriate equipment Ability to operate bucket trucks and other aerial lift devices safely for elevated work tasks Knowledge of GIS applications for mapping landscapes or planning maintenance activities Experience with lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and watering systems Strong understanding of landscape maintenance standards and best practices for sustainable growth Join us to cultivate beautiful outdoor spaces while advancing your skills in a lively environment that values safety, professionalism, and a passion for nature.
