Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Crew Leader, Landscaper to join our dynamic landscaping team. In this role, you will lead and supervise a crew responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture services. Your leadership will drive team performance, coordinate landscaping projects, and uphold safety standards across various construction projects. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of landscapers, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of quality across all tasks Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation management, and tree care Coordinate daily work schedules and assign tasks to crew members based on project requirements and individual strengths Ensure proper plant identification and horticultural practices are followed for healthy growth and sustainability Manage irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement watering schedules to optimize plant health Maintain safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to safety guidelines during outdoor operations Support construction projects by providing landscaping expertise and supervising site preparation and installation activities Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping roles with demonstrated team management skills Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care, gardening, horticulture, and tree care Familiarity with irrigation systems, irrigation management, and troubleshooting common issues Experience with plant identification and implementing sustainable landscaping practices Construction experience related to outdoor projects is preferred but not mandatory Ability to lead a crew effectively while maintaining a positive work environment Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and project stakeholders Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces!
