Duties Maintain and enhance outdoor landscapes through mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and fertilizing to keep grounds vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and gardening implements with safety and efficiency Use power tools including trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and lawn mowers to perform landscaping tasks effectively Manage irrigation systems—installing, repairing, adjusting watering schedules to ensure optimal plant health Conduct regular landscape maintenance activities such as aeration, overseeding, mulching, and weed control Perform routine lawn care duties like edging, mowing, fertilizing, and pest management to maintain a manicured appearance Assist with gardening projects by planting new greenery, transplanting shrubs or trees, and maintaining flower beds Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use to promote safety and longevity Experience Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated beginners eager to learn Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance techniques is a plus Familiarity with gardening practices, horticulture principles, and the use of hand tools and power tools enhances your effectiveness in this role Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Strong attention to detail combined with an energetic approach to completing tasks efficiently Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful retreats!
