Key Responsibilities:
Maintain lush tropical gardens and landscaped areas throughout the propertyTrim and prune trees, shrubs, and flowering plants native to the KeysEnsure walkways, pools, and common areas are clean and welcomingAssist with basic irrigation system maintenanceIdentify and address landscape issues proactivelySupport sustainability initiatives and eco-friendly practicesAssist with special projects and storm preparation when neededQualifications:
Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related fieldKnowledge of tropical plants and Florida Keys ecosystem (preferred)Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safelyStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsTeam player with excellent communication skillsValid driver's licenseBenefits of Joining Our Team:
