If you are a seasoned lawn care professional who takes pride in a job well done and wants to be part of a team that values hard work and safety, we want to hear from you. No driver's license or driving experience is required for this position. Your focus will be entirely on providing excellent lawn maintenance and supporting your Foreman/Driver on daily routes.

Primary Responsibilities Hands-On Maintenance:

Safely and efficiently operate a variety of commercial lawn maintenance tools, including zero-turn mowers, push mowers, string trimmers (weed eaters), edgers, and leaf blowers.

Property Upkeep:

Perform general lawn care duties such as mowing, weeding, edging, and clearing grass clippings and debris to ensure properties look pristine and well-kept.

Team Support:

Work closely with the driver and other team members to load and unload equipment, ensuring everything is secure before moving to the next job site.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all company safety protocols and instructions from your Foreman, including acting as a safety spotter when the driver is backing up the truck and trailer.

Equipment Care:

Maintain the cleanliness and proper daily upkeep of hand tools and equipment.

Qualifications Required Experience:

Proven, hands-on experience in commercial or residential lawn maintenance is required. You must already know how to efficiently operate standard lawn care equipment.

Physical Stamina:

This is a physically demanding job. You must have the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment, and perform rigorous outdoor work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat.

Reliability:

Punctuality and consistent attendance are absolutely essential to keeping our crews running smoothly.

Team Player:

Ability to follow directions carefully, communicate well with your crew, and work together to get the job done efficiently and up to company standards. Why Work With Us?
