Groundskeeper

The General Laborer will be responsible for the interior and exterior maintenance of a large manufacturing facility on the westside of Jacksonville (Baldwin, FL area). The laborer will performing groundskeeping, trash collection, and general facility maintenance and cleaning. We are looking for a reliable individual to work a 2-month contract - we offer weekly pay and medical benefits while on contract. This position will start immediately following compliance completion.

Environment:

indoors and outdoors (manufacturing facility) Cleaning and janitorial responsibilities of the inside of the manufacturing facility - sweeping, mopping, cleaning of breakrooms and locker rooms. Groundskeeping and maintenance of the exterior areas to include trash collection and general laborer/material handling.

Qualifications:

Ability to work outdoors and in non-climate controlled environments. Ability to work a 2-month+ contract. Experience working in groundskeeping, construction, landscaping, or related field. Ability to start within 1 week. Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.63/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
