- Full-time We are expanding our team and seeking multiple dedicated, safety-focused, and experienced Lawn Maintenance Drivers who are looking for a long-term career home.
Primary Responsibilities Safe Transportation:
Drive company vehicles and efficiently maneuver, park, and navigate landscape trailers at various job sites. You must be highly diligent and proactive regarding driving safety at all times.Strict Safety Protocols:
Ensure absolute compliance with all driving and operational safety protocols, including the mandatory use of a spotter when backing up a trailer .Equipment Operation:
Hands-on use of lawn maintenance tools alongside the crew, including mowers, trimmers, weed eaters, edgers, and blowers.Route & Standard Mastery:
Learn our specific property routes, workflow procedures, and quality standards to ensure jobs are done efficiently.Quality & Fleet Control:
Conduct thorough daily walk-arounds of the truck, trailer, and equipment to ensure everything is secure and in working order. Future Growth Potential (Foreman Role) Candidates who prove themselves as reliable, long-term drivers will have the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities, including: Supervising and leading a team of maintenance staff in daily field operations. Training crew members on best practices and safety compliance. Managing the daily inventory of tools, fuel, and supplies on the trucks.Qualifications Long-Term Commitment:

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for a minimum of 3+ years is strictly required.Trailer Expertise:
Must be highly knowledgeable and confident in driving with an attached trailer. You must know how to safely park, turn, and back up a trailer in tight or residential areas.Industry Experience:
Proven background in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, or a related field.Problem-Solving:
Excellent problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail.Physical Stamina:
