In this role, you won't just be operating equipment—you will be the go-to expert on turf care and the leader of our on-site crew. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a deep knowledge of professional landscaping practices, and a track record of successfully running a team, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Direct, motivate, and supervise a small landscaping crew to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and up to company standards.
Grounds Maintenance:
Oversee and perform professional-grade mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing across multiple communities.
Chemical Application:
Safely identify, mix, and apply weed killers, herbicides, and fertilizers to maintain pristine, weed-free lawns and common areas.
Equipment Care:
Operate and oversee the routine maintenance of commercial lawn care equipment (zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, etc.).
Quality Control:
Inspect community grounds regularly to ensure top-tier curb appeal and address any landscaping issues proactively.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional landscaping experience (required).
Leadership:
At least 1 year of experience leading or managing a crew (required).
Landscaping Knowledge:
Expert-level knowledge of commercial mowing techniques and the safe, effective application of weed killers/herbicides.
License:
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required for traveling between communities).
Physical Stamina:
Ability to work outside in the Florida heat and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Certification:

Schedule:
