Duties Measure and cut sod pieces accurately to fit designated areas using hand tools and power tools Lay sod in a systematic pattern, ensuring proper alignment and secure placement for seamless results Use equipment such as excavators and other landscape machinery to assist with site preparation when needed Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and experience operating hand tools and power tools effectively Familiarity with lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, and gardening techniques Prior experience with excavation equipment like excavators is a plus but not mandatory Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor Strong attention to detail with excellent teamwork skills and a proactive attitude Prior experience in construction or landscape installation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate MUST have your own transportation Embark on a rewarding career where your skills contribute directly to creating stunning outdoor environments!
