American Tree Solutions is a professional tree service company in Jacksonville, Florida. We are looking for a dependable Groundsman / Equipment Operator to join our crew. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license , experience operating a mini skid steer , and knowledge of rope and rigging for tree work . Experience operating a spider lift is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Operate mini skid steer safely and efficiently Perform rope and rigging operations for tree removal and pruning Assist climbers during tree work Chipping, raking, and job site cleanup Load, unload, and move materials and equipment Maintain a clean and safe work site Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (required) Mini skid steer operating experience (required) Knowledge of rope and rigging techniques (required) Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work well on a team Tree service experience preferred Preferred (Not Required): Experience operating a spider lift
