  • Full-time We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our growing landscape and fine gardening team.
Our company specializes in concierge-level horticultural care with a strong emphasis on plant health, craftsmanship, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain healthy landscape beds by providing proper care, trimming & pruning Install new plants, shrubs, trees, and flowers with attention to their health and growth needs
Integrated Pest Management:
Scouting & Reporting of Pest presence and / or damage Capable of following directions from Supervisor / Team Leader and work towards completion of tasks with little oversight Provide exceptional detail to landscape care, aesthetics and overall property cleanliness Uphold company standards of service and professionalism Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are being met Collaborate with team members to ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard
MUST BE ABLE TO FLOAT BETWEEN GARDENING & LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION DUTIES
Physically capable of performing daily labor tasks (bending, kneeling, squatting standing for 8+ hours and lifting / pulling up to 50lbs) Perform labor tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications:
Passion for plants, nature, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces Knowledge and understanding of plants, planting conditions and seasonal awareness for pruning and planting Plant ID and knowledge of pruning techniques of palms, woody ornaments, tropical and flowering plants Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Ability to follow detailed instructions and deliver high-quality work Self motivated
  • able to contribute to team goals on each property Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
MUST HAVE
experience in landscaping / gardening or a horticulture related position. Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment
  • NO MOWING OR TURFGRASS MANAGEMENT
