Job Description
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week Monday-Friday | Residential Properties We are a concierge-level landscape design, installation & gardening company specializing in the care of beautiful residential gardens throughout the area. We are seeking a qualified and dependable Landscape / Gardener who takes pride in their work. Responsibilities Maintain healthy and attractive landscapes through proper horticultural practices Monitor plants for insect activity, disease, and environmental stress Perform selective pruning, trimming, weeding, and general garden maintenance Assist with plant installations and landscape improvements Maintain high standards of cleanliness, detail, and presentation on each property Contribute to team goals and help ensure all tasks are completed efficiently Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members Uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service Applicants must be able to: Perform physical labor throughout the workday (including but not limited to): walking, kneeling, bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods Lift, carry, pull, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Proper use of landscaping tools and ability to install plants and / or groundcover materials Safely use ladders and hand tools Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
