Job Description
Overview Must have experience. Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and be a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! In this energetic role, you'll work hands-on with landscaping projects, utilizing your skills to maintain and enhance lawns, gardens, and hardscape features. Whether you're trimming trees, installing irrigation systems, or operating power tools, your efforts will directly contribute to creating stunning landscapes that clients will love. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your horticultural knowledge and craftsmanship while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools and power equipment such as trimmers, blowers, excavators, and lawn mowers safely and efficiently Support installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape structures Perform tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Maintain irrigation systems by installing, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure optimal watering schedules Support general construction activities related to landscape projects while adhering to safety standards Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge for operating various tools and equipment effectively Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture practices Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators is preferred Knowledge of landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and tree care practices Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods Strong attention to safety procedures when handling equipment like power tools
