Landscape Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and laying hardscape features such as patios and walkways Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain healthy turf Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, pruning, and debris removal Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure efficient watering of landscapes Conduct landscape maintenance activities including pruning trees and shrubs, aerating soil, and applying mulch or fertilizers Maintain equipment such as excavators, lawnmowers, trimmers, and other landscaping machinery in good working condition Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping equipment and tools Experience or familiarity with lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation preferred Ability to use hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools safely and effectively Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and planting techniques Understanding of irrigation systems and horticulture principles is a plus Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions; capable of lifting heavy materials when needed Prior experience with construction or landscaping projects is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us if you're eager to grow your skills in landscaping while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments!
