Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Groundskeeper to join our team in the vibrant Loxahatchee area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, maintaining beautiful landscapes and ensuring the health and appearance of our clients' outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning using hand tools and power tools Assist with lawn care activities including fertilizing, aerating, and weed control Support gardening efforts by planting, watering, mulching, and removing debris Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment Maintain the outward appearance of buildings Painting and maintaining fences and gates and other structures Small repairs as needed Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping and maintenance projects efficiently and to high standards Requirements Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, and gardening practices is a plus Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, as well as power tools like trimmers and blowers Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills We are a small, family-owned business.
