Gioielli's Property Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a dedicated, hard working, honest, loyal, level headed, polite, highly experienced crew member. We are searching for someone that is willing to be dedicated to the business and work up the ranks for higher positions and to make a career where your hard work will be awarded. Starting pay is $135 per day UTT. Part-Time starting at 3 days a week with day flexibility, with possibility of more work days with increased business, advertising and side-work. An average work day is 7-8 hours. A good amount of driving and breaks, with mainly residential property's. Promotions and raises may be given based on employee's work ethic, attendance, attitude, experience, and time on job. Our work focuses on Property Maintenance, especially Lawn Service. 3+ years of Lawn Service experience, including Mowing, Weed-whacking, Edging, Blowing, Bush Trimming, and Spraying is required. Other services we offer are Lawn Treatment/ Fertilization/ Pest Control, Pressure Washing, Paver Sealing, Landscaping, Palm Trimming, Irrigation Repair, Debris/Junk Removal, and more. Experience in these fields are not required, but they are recommended. GPMI is dedicated to reliable, quality work. We focus on excellent service and are very detail orientated. As an employee, you are required to,

• Have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Have a reliable method of transportation.
• Drug-Free and sober at work. (Zero Tolerance)
• Follow Dress-Code.
• Have required experience in said fields and are willing to learn and accept criticism.
• Be fluent in English.

• Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate, take care of, and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
