Job Description

Grounds Maintenance Technician Baytree National Golf Links Love the outdoors? Enjoy early mornings? Want to work on one of the area's premier golf courses? Baytree National Golf Links is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Grounds Maintenance Team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outside, takes pride in their work, and wants to help maintain exceptional playing conditions for our members and guests.
Position Details Starting Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience) Flexible Hours Available Full-Time with Overtime Time Opportunities Early Morning Shifts Required Weekend and holiday work will be required Responsibilities Mow greens, tees, fairways, and roughs Operate golf course maintenance equipment safely and efficiently Trim and edge around course features Rake bunkers and maintain landscaping Assist with irrigation repairs and watering as needed Set up and move tee markers, cups, and course accessories Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional golf course environment Perform general groundskeeping and maintenance tasks as assigned Requirements Must love working outdoors in varying weather conditions Must enjoy early mornings and be dependable Valid driver's license required Pass a basic drug screening Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work physically throughout the day Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation Previous golf course, landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For Individuals who take pride in a job well done Team players with a willingness to learn People who appreciate working in a beautiful outdoor environment Employees who are punctual, professional, and safety-minded Benefits May Include Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement Training and skill development Health insurance Working in a scenic outdoor environment Apply Today If you enjoy working outdoors, aren't afraid of hard work, and want to be part of a team that keeps Baytree National Golf Links looking its best, we'd love to hear from you
