We're looking for dependable and hardworking Gardeners to join our landscaping team. What You'll Be Doing Daily Field Operations Show up on time and ready to work Clear trash and debris before mowing Weed sidewalks, curbs, and flower beds Remove dead flower heads and tree suckers Assist with loading/unloading equipment at job sites Follow all instructions from the Crew Leader and report any property damage Customer Awareness Know who the client is—and treat their property with care Always wear the approved uniform and maintain a professional appearance Be courteous and respectful if approached by a customer Quality Work Learn mowing patterns and rotate weekly for turf health Use proper tools for every task Understand job expectations and strive to exceed them Equipment Use & Maintenance Train and get certified on various equipment (e.g., mowers, blowers, edgers, trimmers) Know proper fuel types and loading procedures Handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly Safety First Complete company orientation and safety training before beginning work Wear required PPE at all times Participate in daily safety/tailgate meetings Promote and maintain a safe jobsite for you and your team What We're Looking For A positive, "can-do" attitude Strong work ethic and the ability to work outdoors in all weather Team player mindset who supports fellow crew members Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical labor Physical Demands & Environment Frequent walking, standing, and bending; occasional lifting and equipment handling Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Use of equipment and machinery with moderate noise levels By using this site, you acknowledge that if you are offered employment, your sole and exclusive employer is the local franchised business that hired you, not U.S. Lawns.
