Landscape Laborer

Salted Sands Landscaping is growing and actively hiring experienced hardscape and landscape project crew members in the area. We are looking for dependable, skilled professionals who take pride in quality work and can perform at a high level without constant supervision. Who Should Apply This role is a strong fit if you: Have 2+ years of professional hardscaping experience Have 1+ years of professional landscaping project experience Are reliable and show up ready to work every day Take pride in clean, detailed craftsmanship Can work efficiently in Florida heat and changing weather Work well on a team and maintain a professional attitude Have experience operating landscaping or construction equipment Responsibilities Hardscape installations including pavers, retaining walls, edging, and outdoor feature work Landscape projects including mulch, rock, pine straw, sod, grading, and plant installations Property enhancements and general landscape work Load and unload equipment and materials safely Operate commercial landscaping and hardscape equipment safely and efficiently Maintain clean, organized trucks, trailers, tools, and job sites Follow project plans while maintaining quality and efficiency on-site Minimum Qualifications 1+ years professional landscape project experience (required) 2+ years professional hardscaping experience (required) Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment Ability to tow and back a trailer confidently Valid Florida driver's license (required) Reliable transportation to and from meeting location (required) Ability to lift 75 lbs Willing to work weekends when needed What We Offer Steady, year-round work with consistent hours A supportive, team-oriented environment that values hard work and reliability Opportunities for growth and advancement within a respected and expanding company
