The Gardener position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, reliable, and dedicated to maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for clients. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, and raking to ensure property grounds are well-kept and attractive. Safely operate and maintain power equipment, including walk-behind mowers, reel-type mowers, power edgers, and line trimmers. Carry out detailed care activities such as pruning, hedging, installing mortarless masonry wall units, and assisting with sprinkler installation. Conduct daily equipment maintenance, including checking oil, tire pressure, and greasing, while adhering to safety and fueling procedures. Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality results for clients. Qualifications Experience operating 52 rider mowers, 48 stand-on mowers, and 36 walk-behind mowers. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and exert up to 100 lbs. occasionally. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
