Porter/Groundskeeper

Responsibilities:

Partner closely with the Maintenance Supervisor on landscaping and general grounds upkeep to maintain excellent curb appeal. Perform seasonal landscaping tasks, trash removal, and exterior property detailing. Maintain the cleanliness of shared community spaces, including breezeways, stairwells, and common recreation areas. Assist with various handyman-related tasks, minor property repairs, and preventative maintenance. Support the property management team with specialized maintenance and property-related duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in basic landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance. Familiarity with standard hand tools and basic property upkeep. Strong attention to detail and an eye for cleanliness.

Required Skills:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and remain on your feet throughout the day. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation to the property location. Strong work ethic and a desire to support a collaborative team environment.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
