  • Full-time Overview Grandview Palace Condominium Association is seeking a skilled and physically capable professional gardener who understands the importance of visual impact, safety, and horticultural excellence in a waterfront community.
Responsibilities Design, install, and maintain diverse landscapes, including planting beds, trees, shrubs, and flower displays. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for pruning, planting, edging, mowing, and other landscaping tasks Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues to optimize plant health Perform landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, mulching, soil preparation, and pest management Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of landscaping/gardening experience (residential or commercial) Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, landscaping or related fields with a strong understanding of plant care principles Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities Familiarity with irrigation systems is highly desirable Hands-on experience with landscape maintenance tools Knowledge of growing practices across various plants in South Florida Ability to operate both hand tools and power tools safely while adhering to safety protocols Strong attention to detail with excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions Spanish language proficiency preferred Pool maintenance experience a plus
