Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping Team Members

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have experience in various maintenance tasks, including landscaping, lawn care, and general upkeep of facilities. This role is essential in ensuring that our grounds and equipment are well-maintained, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of our properties. Duties Perform routine maintenance on landscaping, including mowing, tree trimming, and lawn care. Operate hand tools and power tools for various maintenance tasks. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting, irrigation setup, and hardscape installation. Manage snow plowing and removal during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Assist with construction projects as needed, utilizing excavators and other heavy equipment. Provide tree care services including pruning and health assessments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment used in maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles. Familiarity with lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, horticulture, and gardening techniques. Experience operating hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other machinery related to landscaping and construction. Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize issues that require attention or repair. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
